2. Eligibility

3. Products

Our products are handcrafted using natural wood. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, every product is unique. Variations in wood grain, texture, color, knots, and finish are natural features and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

6. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Future Milestone specializes in bespoke and custom-made wooden products.

For custom orders:

• Designs and specifications must be approved before production begins.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required.
• Production timelines vary depending on project complexity.
• Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
• Custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

7. Payment

We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways.

Future Milestone does not store your complete payment card information.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to:

• Production timelines
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs clearance
• Force majeure events

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Generally:

• Damaged or defective products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging where a return is approved.
• Customized and personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Future Milestone reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory issues, or pricing errors.
